You can expect 20 obstacles in a 6-8km course. Anticipate traversing through muddy, mountainous terrain by running, hiking, crawling, jumping, and climbing, and facing obstacles that vary in size and difficulty. The race will test both your physical and mental strength and endurance. Therefore, it’s a big advantage to have a training plan that enhances your mental toughness, running capacity, and full-body power.
Brave1st is primarily an individual race, with only one winner. However, groups are also welcome to participate together. To enter as a group, simply ensure that all team members choose the same starting time and include your team name after purchasing the tickets.
The individual who finishes the race with the shortest time will be the champion, and will set the very first Brave1st record.

- Minimum age requirement: 17 years old.
- If you are between the ages of 14 and 17 years old can participate in the event. However, to do so, you must meet the following requirements:
- Provide written parental consent.
- Submit a copy of their ID.
- Have a family member present at the event.
